I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to supporting kids, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s stressors, transitions, and challenges. Clients come to me for many reasons — anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, communication issues, or simply a desire for personal growth — and my role is to walk alongside them with compassion.
My approach is integrative, direct, creative, and strength-based. I often use narrative and storytelling to help people reframe their experiences, and I bring play therapy into my work with children to support social-emotional development in a way that feels natural and safe. Whether I’m facilitating a parenting group, guiding a couple through difficult conversations, or supporting a child in building social skills, I strive to create a warm, grounded space where healing and growth can happen.
I enjoy witnessing and exploring people’s resilience — holding space for their pain while celebrating their progress. It’s an honor to be part of each client’s journey.
Outside of work, I love cooking and spending time with my family. I also find joy in organizing and tidying (yes, that’s my quirky version of relaxation).
