Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of blocks and difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.

To help people move into greater health and well being, allowing understanding of themselves, others and the larger community as a whole. I do this through individual, couple, family and group sessions and I work collaboratively with many resources. Continually striving for the best and highest quality therapists through continued education, training and supervision using latest research combined with solid practice policies.

Being always "on", we often forget to give ourselves what we need to best care for ourselves to keep us running at an optimal level. Different aspects of our life (career, finances, children, bosses, spouses and parents) can accumulate and add up to real stress. This can lead to anxiety, depression and other painful challenges. I have helped others successfully understand and master how these many aspects currently interact and affect their emotional health.
